The Wagga Women’s Health Centre Community Women’s Choir is a diverse, inclusive and non-auditioned Wagga Wagga women’s choir.
The Choir provides a supportive and inclusive environment for members to meet fortnightly and improve their wellbeing through meaningful and directed musical connection.
Singing in a group strengthens a community’s social connection, health education and wellbeing outcomes, including mental health.
Tania de Jong, Australian soprano, said, “When we sing with others there is something really magical as we sing in harmony together. Not only do we breathe together, but studies have shown that our hearts start to beat together.”
A healthy community choir = a healthy community heartbeat
Come and sing with us - we are a welcoming, non-auditioned choir!
